Women Ministry
Shakeela, with a profound commitment to empowering women, leads small group meetings designed to uplift and disciple participants. The weekly gathering, attended by 30 women, has evolved into a transformative space where their journey in discipleship unfolds. Through these sessions, the women not only experience spiritual growth but also find a supportive environment that nurtures confidence and fellowship among them. Shakeela’s impactful efforts contribute to the holistic development of these women, creating a sense of unity and strength within the group.
Sewing Center
Shakeela is offering a platform for more than 20 to 25 women to cultivate and refine their sewing expertise. Previously employed as maids in the households of Muslim individuals, these women endured mistreatment. However, they have now shifted gears, focusing on skill development to enhance their livelihoods and generate income. Before each sewing class, they memorize a daily Bible verse, encouraging not only the growth of their skills but also nurturing their faith. This transformation reflects a journey where these women are not only advancing in their craft but also experiencing spiritual and professional empowerment.
